Child Welfare Programs are available to parents and guardians whose children were placed in foster care by Child Welfare Services (CWS). Partners and spouses of parents, grandparents, and other caregivers may also participate, pending CWS approval. Clients must be referred to these programs by CWS; these programs are not open to the public. These services are available by REFERRAL ONLY.
